We don’t usually pay for services like this before trying to do it ourselves... and believe me we tried! We had an issue with spiders and ants. Our kids woke up with bites and that was the last straw. Literally after the first treatment, (which was incredibly thorough), there was no sign of anything again. We found dead spiders around the walls but nothing living whatsoever. Since then and with the maintenance, there’s been nothing else. It is obvious that management handpicks their employees and has very high standards for the company.
